Privacy Policy - FindDoctors City Sweep

What this extension does

FindDoctors City Sweep helps a user find available cities and appointment groups on finddoctors.gov.gr from the user's own signed-in browser session.

Data this extension handles

This extension may handle the following data only to perform the user-requested search:

• User-selected filters such as speciality, prefecture, provider types, date range, and group name.
• Search results returned from finddoctors.gov.gr.
• Optional location data, only if the user clicks the location-based sorting button and grants permission.
• Local extension state stored in the browser, such as the last used settings and results.

How data is used

• To run the appointment search requested by the user.
• To display available cities, providers, group names, and exported CSV results.
• To sort results by proximity when the user explicitly enables location-based sorting.
• To remember the user's last extension settings locally in the browser.

Where data is sent

This extension does not send data to its own server. Requests are made only to finddoctors.gov.gr from the user's own browser session because that site requires the user's active authenticated context.

Sharing and sale of data

• This extension does not sell user data.
• This extension does not transfer user data to unrelated third parties.
• This extension does not use user data for advertising.
• This extension does not use user data for creditworthiness or lending decisions.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

Use of information received from Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the user-facing features of this extension, such as appointment search, local result storage, CSV export, and optional distance-based sorting requested by the user.

Retention

Settings and results are stored locally in the browser until they are replaced by new extension usage, or removed by the user through browser or extension data clearing.

Security

The extension uses HTTPS requests to the target website and does not intentionally collect more data than needed for the requested functionality.
